Terms of Service

1. Using Relayo

Relayo is an AI workspace assistant that connects your workplace applications into one platform. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Accounts and workspaces

When you sign up you create a workspace and become its Owner. You may invite teammates and assign them roles. You are responsible for the actions of members you invite.

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address before signing in.

3. Connected applications

Relayo can connect to third-party applications you authorize (such as Gmail, Slack, and Notion via OAuth). WhatsApp, if enabled, connects through WhatsApp Web (QR sign-in) and is subject to Meta’s terms. Prompts and relevant workspace context are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate answers. Your use of those applications remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

4. Intellectual property

Relayo, including its software, design, branding, AI agents, documentation, and all related materials, is owned by Relayo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Relayo. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from Relayo or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by us in writing or as needed to use the service in its intended form.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Relayo. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Termination

You may stop using Relayo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm.

7. Disclaimers

Relayo is provided on an "as is" basis. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
