1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Workspace content: tasks, memories, briefs, and messages you create within Relayo.

Connected application data: content we access on your behalf from integrations you authorize (OAuth apps such as Gmail and Slack, and WhatsApp via WhatsApp Web if you scan the QR code), used to power search, summaries, and agents.

Usage data: basic analytics about how the service is used to help us improve it.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, to power AI features across your connected apps, to secure your account, and to communicate with you about your account (including email verification).

3. Email verification and communications

When you sign up we send a verification email to confirm you own the address. We may also send transactional emails such as workspace invites and account notices. You can manage notification preferences in Settings.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information with service providers that help us operate Relayo, including email delivery and our AI provider (OpenAI), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. WhatsApp Web sessions, if you connect WhatsApp, are subject to Meta’s terms.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect integrations at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
